• Define the investment project and main decision drivers
• Present comprehensive, reliable and up-to-date information on the economic potential of the region
• Share comprehensive, reliable and current information about investment incentives and related procedures
• Present profiled business information about the region and prepare investment site listings
• Facilitate companies throughout the investment process, i.e. from start to finish, often times including lobbying
in the best interest of companies, providing contacts to government agencies, etc.
• Identify local companies for joint ventures and introduce suppliers and other business support organisations
• Provide all-round support during investment visits, including transport, accommodation and facilities for B2B meetings
Our services are always free of charge, tailored to your business and confidentiality.

St James’s Place Wealth Management
The St. James’s Place Wealth Management Group specialises in delivering face-to-face wealth management advice to individuals, trustees and businesses. As well as addressing simple and straightforward issues such as mortgages and insurance, we can help to resolve more complex problems for clients, whether it be investment for growth, inheritance tax or retirement planning. In general, we provide reliable and expert advice for individuals and businesses seeking to achieve four principal financial objectives:
• Build and preserve your capital
• Manage your cash and borrowings
• Protect yourself against financial risk
• Manage your business more effectively
At the heart of our business is the St. James’s Place Partnership — the exclusive advisory arm of the St. James’s Place Wealth Management Group. Whatever your financial situation, your St. James’s Place Partner will respond with reliable and personal advice designed to suit your own requirements. We believe our success is a result of two fundamental principles that have underpinned our business since it began 25 years ago: the strength of the relationship between our Partners and their clients, and our distinctive approach to investment management.
An important point to bear in mind is that the St. James’s Place Wealth Management Group guarantees the suitability of the advice given by members of the St. James’s Place Partnership when recommending any of the wealth management products and services available from companies in the group. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. The value of an investment with St. James’s Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds selected, and may fall as well as rise. You may get back less than the amount invested.
